You did prove to be a freeman of the desert, an angel in a body, and a wonder-worker, O our God – bearing
Father John. By fasting, vigil and prayer you did obtain heavenly gifts, and you heal the sick and the souls of
those who have recourse to you with faith. Glory to Him Who gave you strength, glory to Him Who crowned
you, glory to Him Who works through thee healings for all.
Kontakion, Tone I —
Offering ever-blossoming fruits of learning from your book, O wise one, you delight the hearts of those who
study it seriously, O blessed one. For it is a ladder which leads up from the earth to the heavenly and abiding
glory souls who with faith honor you.

Brothers and sisters,
We are not closing our churches. Liturgies will be served – both regular and Presanctified,
according to schedule of our local parish and monasteries.
Once again, we call on the elderly and those with weakened immune systems to strictly abide by the
recommendations of CDC. We still invite the faithful to approach, as much as is possible, the Holy Eucharist
unto the healing of soul and body.
Also, dear brothers and sisters if we have any elderly that are in need of assistance as in help with
purchasing of any groceries or medicines please do not hesitate in calling either me or the church-school
president Dejan for assistance.
